TTI STAGE

As TTI İzmir, within the scope of the program we organized last year, we brought together 23 sessions focusing on different areas of tourism, along with various distinguished events, with industry professionals and visitors. Throughout the program, key topics shaping the present and future of tourism such as sustainable tourism and the role of local governments, the future of global tourism, the role of tourism in the development of districts, health tourism, and İzmir’s potential in health tourism were discussed with expert guests. The session featuring metropolitan mayors also provided a comprehensive evaluation of the role of local governments in urban tourism.

At TTI Stage, comprehensive content shedding light on the current dynamics of the sector was also presented through sessions on wine tourism; international destination promotions (Bosnia and Herzegovina – Tuzla Canton, Jordan, Greece, Namibia, Seychelles, Algeria, Uganda, Zambia, and Lemnos); branding in hotel and residence projects; Dubai hotels; and new market strategies with Yandex Travel. These sessions offered participants the opportunity to follow global trends, gain new insights, and closely explore opportunities within the industry.

As part of the program, the SKAL İzmir Tourism Stars Awards Ceremony brought together leading representatives of the sector. This gathering, where achievements were celebrated and successful actors were honored, both strengthened sectoral ties and provided valuable networking opportunities for participants.

This comprehensive program and event flow contributed to strengthening TTI Stage’s position as a platform where knowledge sharing, interaction, and strategic perspective in tourism are experienced intensively. The approach of delivering content aligned with national and international developments on the tourism agenda was also clearly demonstrated throughout this process.
